Through the portal, you can upload photos of yourselves, complete booking forms, sign contracts digitally, view and pay invoices, and keep track of all important event information. Clients can also download our Public Liability Insurance and PAT testing certificates directly for their venue requirements, making the planning process even easier.

We intentionally avoid inflatable props and anything that could be considered culturally inappropriate, ensuring our setups remain tasteful, modern, and welcoming for all guests. For this reason, we also kindly ask that guests do not bring their own props, as we cannot guarantee they align with the atmosphere, styling, or inclusivity standards of your event. The best time to have a photo booth is:
During the day;
During coctail hour, as it provides a guest experiance for guests usually whilst you are having your photos taken by the photographer.
In the evening;
The best time is to have the photo booth ready for just after the first dance as this is when everyone is on the dance floor to watch the first dance but not quite ready to start dancing, the booth gives your guests something fun to keep them entertained which warms them up for the dance floor!

Yes the package prices include the backdrop and photo booth, we normally set up the backdrop in the morning so you can use it all day, and then we arrive 30mins before the time you want the photo booth to start to set it up with the props.

If you are based in Kent we we normally set up the backdrop in the morning so you can use it all day, and then we arrive 30mins before the time you want the photo booth to start to set it up with the props in the evening the backdrop is then taken down at the same time as the photo booth finishes, or if this is not possible due to space we collect the backdrop at teh end of the night or next day.

No our photo booths are fully digital as we love to be eco friendly, and save on paper wastage. Our photo booths have premium technology so guests can instantly send their capture straight to their phones and download to their camera roll, and all captures are saved to a personalized online gallery which is sent to you at the end of the night.

Yes they can, our vintage pod can be hired on its own and without an assistant but our Luna Pod must be assisted.

No for our insurance purposes and signs or decoration must be added by us, if you have your own sign or decoration you want us to add we charge a small to fee to do this, you must advise us what you would like to hang first.

We prefer to provide our own neon signs which start form £150 and you keep it after.
However you can provide your own sign must be it must be;

We do not normally allow you to bring your own props, however if you really want to please advise us as what you would like to bring, as we do not allow inflatables or culturally inappropriate props.
