Through the portal, you can upload photos of yourselves, complete booking forms, sign contracts digitally, view and pay invoices, and keep track of all important event information. Clients can also download our Public Liability Insurance and PAT testing certificates directly for their venue requirements, making the planning process even easier.

Via your client portal you can complete the photo capture form and choose a layout, font & add your wording for your photo captures. You can even send us any artwork/stationary you would like us to match to your designs.

At Nova Memories Events, your guests can enjoy instant digital memories sent straight to their phones within seconds. After each capture, guests can simply scan a QR code or enter their phone number to instantly receive their photos, videos, GIFs, or boomerangs directly to their device. They can then save the memories straight to their camera roll, share them on social media, and keep the fun going long after the event has finished. It’s a quick, seamless, and modern way to make every moment unforgettable..

At Nova Memories Events, all photo booth captures are automatically uploaded in real time to your own personalised online gallery, making it easy for guests to relive the memories instantly throughout your event. After taking a capture and sending it directly to their phone, guests can also access the full gallery to view every capture from the celebration. Your private gallery is customised with the couple’s names or event title and securely stores all images, GIFs, Boomerangs, and booth moments in one place. Once the event is over, you’ll be able to save, download, and share every capture to keep the memories forever.

At Nova Memories Events, every photo booth package includes a friendly on-site booth assistant to ensure everything runs seamlessly from start to finish. From setting up the booth and helping guests use the equipment, to keeping props organised and making sure every moment is captured perfectly, our assistants are there to create a smooth, fun, and stress-free experience for you and your guests. Whether it’s a wedding, corporate event, birthday, or private celebration, having a dedicated booth attendant means you can relax and enjoy the memories being made.

Please note our Solo vintage experience is a drop off and pick up service so non assistant is included in this package only.

At Nova Memories Events, we believe photo booth props should enhance your event aesthetic whilst still being fun, stylish, and inclusive. That’s why we carefully curate our prop collections using elegant word boards, chic glasses, vintage-inspired hats, and handcrafted flower crowns made from leftover faux florals from our installations — giving materials a second life in a beautiful and sustainable way.

We intentionally avoid inflatable props and anything that could be considered culturally inappropriate, ensuring our setups remain tasteful, modern, and welcoming for all guests. For this reason, we also kindly ask that guests do not bring their own props, as we cannot guarantee they align with the atmosphere, styling, or inclusivity standards of your event. Our eco-conscious approach allows us to create a fun yet elevated experience that perfectly complements luxury weddings and events

At Nova Memories Events, your safety and peace of mind are incredibly important to us. All of our equipment is fully PAT tested and maintained to the highest standards, ensuring everything is safe, reliable, and event-ready. We are also fully covered by Public Liability Insurance, giving venues and clients complete confidence when booking our services. Documentation can be provided upon request for venues and event coordinators.
